New CVS Pharmacy in Nashville, TN
This recent CVS Pharmacy construction project located in Nashville, Tennessee received a lot of local attention, not only from neighboring residents and tourists, but also from city officials who have future construction plans for this area of Nashville. The new CVS Pharmacy is located at the intersection of two major roadways offering a great location (a much better location than the existing CVS Pharmacy across the street) but this property also included its own unique set of challenges. We had to be creative in our construction plans, taking into consideration the neighboring properties, subcontractors, city officials, residents and tourists, so we developed a two phase construction schedule.
Our team was creative in working around several unique challenges on this project including the corner location and rocky ground mentioned above. Even with a tight turnaround on this project due to client requirements and local municipality needs, our teams found ways to stay on schedule by working outside typical operating hours to avoid inclement weather and found alternate solutions to material delays and supply issues.
Once both phases of this project were completed, it was a rewarding sense of accomplishment for all those involved in the project.
