GLR completed this conversion from an existing CVS Pharmacy to an Oak Street Health facility combined with a CVS Pharmacy. The project scope was a complete renovation of the entire building while keeping the existing pharmacy open for business. Exterior work included ADA improvements as well as cosmetic upgrades like painting and landscaping. Interior work included demolition, new wall construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all finishes and brand standards.
