Not all GLR commercial construction projects begin from the ground up. We work on many second generation stores all around the United States renovating existing commercial properties for new retail use.
The photos below show the before and after renovation of two At Home stores in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Arlington Heights, Illinois. Both second gen retail spaces were renovated by our GLR construction team with a 150 day timeline from start to open. The construction and renovation scope for these retail buildings included full demo of old finishes and entrance followed up by the installation of all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, construction of new entrance, polishing existing floor, and installation of all new At Home finishes.
