GLR recently completed this second-gen, 80k square foot meeting and call center for CVS Health and IngenioRx (now CarelonRx). The project required expansive demolition taking the structure down to bare exterior walls and floors which also included a complete cut out of the floors to accommodate a Walkerduct® system to facilitate wiring for call center cubicles throughout the facility. All new HVAC and electrical systems were installed along with two backup generators. The entire building was reroofed, including visibility screening around the entire roof to hide the new roof-top HVAC units. Exterior construction work included the addition of generator enclosures, a new exterior employee patio, ADA compatibility reconstruction, painting, and landscaping. An interior highlight is the IngenioRx Client Encounter Center which creates a unique customer experience through technology and high-end environmental finishes. These unique environmental finishes can also be seen throughout the facility in areas like the board room receptionist desk.
